Apparently Todd McFarlane's run did kinda imply a moment that. More by dialogue than visuals.

The sexiest Spider-Man comics got was the JMS run where JRJR actually showed them naked, covered in sheets and in ASM #499, have them actually making love illuminated by lightning and so on. It's pretty bold because JRJR draws Peter and MJ to look just like his Dad's designs so it's almost like seeing older versions of those '60s characters or JRJR's own '80s take on those characters, in bed.

PAD's run on FNSM also had a pretty risque moment but quite suggestively done in shadows and silhouettes. I think it's in the first issue or so.

One issue of the RYV mini has MJ starting to make a very suggestive comment regarding Peter's superhero uniform (she says it in front of their kid, which leads to the predictable result). The first regular RYV issue also showed them starting to have a little interlude (interrupted to be sure, but you can pretty well guess what they wanted to do).
