I was thinking about her changing her name again, but not for that reason.
When Monica first got her powers she wore a mask to protect her identity and her loved ones. Then she became mega powerful and she dropped the mask seemingly at about that time. Since Ewing established that Monica was a solid light construct -- a living hologram -- whose to say that she showed her real, unaltered face when she went sans mask? I mean obviously the readers have the narrator's insight on that, but maybe for characters in-story no one really knows what the real Monica looks like outside of maybe a handful of people.
If that's the case, now that she's no longer mega powerful and a permanent light construct, but human with limitations, it seems to me that she'd want to go back to wearing a mask again. And in order to do that, she wouldn't just add a mask, but she might also create a new superhero identity for herself. Sure, eventually someone might catch on that her powers were similar, but you also must remember that Monica deals in energies that are mostly invisible to the naked eye. She could probably pull off a switch like that without most people realizing that it was Monica, couldn't she?
I know, you're thinking her complexion would be a dead give away, but we could also say that mask is to Monica what eye glasses are to Superman. Even though 99.999999% of all visual cues tell you that Clark looks like Superman, those eye glasses keep everyone from figuring out the truth.
All that said, good luck finding a good name for her. A new costume with a mask is easy, but giving her a name that everyone likes is nigh impossible.

Monica will appear in the WandaVision TV series, played by Teyonah Parris.
Not where I expected to see her, but still pretty cool
Huh? CBR says she's played by Tiana Terris.

Cool. I'm curious to see how they explain her powers, or perhaps she gets her powers on the show?
kudos to Ms. Parris. I guess we'll see whether her mom's story continues there, or in the Captain Marvel sequel.
My unfounded speculation, for the moment-- is that adult Monica won't yet have powers. Maybe she'll still be some form of a NOLA cop/Coast Guard Officer/other law-enforcement.
But hey, you never know.
It's Teyonah Parris. She has a Wikipedia page. She was in Spike Lee's Chi-Raq and If Beale Street Could Talk. She's a Juliard alum, so we don't have to worry about her acting chops.

Hopefully she appears in Captain Marvel 2 as well, as Wanda is confirmed to appear in Doctor Strange 2 after WandaVision.
Cool. I get Monica and Wanda together.
They are also great when teaming up with Doctor Strange in the comics.
