If the last linewide event was about Captains America and the current linewide event is about Thors then the next linewide event is probably about Iron Men since they teased it a full year in advance and the book is in the hands of Marvel's exec editor.

Well Slott did tease when he was starting his Iron man run, that he was well aware of the significance of 2020 in Iron Man lore.

One would imagine there will be more than one 2020 event - there's usually at least one line-wide event, then a few group events. It seems likely that one of the 2020 events will be Iron Man 2020, but it could be a group event, not the big tent pole one. A Mephisto event like BC is suggesting (in the sense that all the scenes they talk about are related) seems much more fitting for a summer line-wide event with plenty of tie-ins and miniseries.

Iron Fist and Dr Strange were both in Damnation, so you might include them.

Totally random speculation: I am currently reading Remender's Venom run, and Flash (along w/X-23, Alejandra Jones Ghost Rider, and Red Hulk) all make a deal with Mephisto to defeat Blackheart - they owe him a favor some time in the future. My guess is that favor will come up and result in the resurrection of Flash Thompson (if we get the Mephisto event).
