Need Help Identifying a Issue Number of The Flash

I have recently begun introducing my children to the comics that made me a fan. I have shown them my first Green Lantern comic, Green Lantern Volume 3 #50, but I need help remembering the number of my first flash comic. It was in the 90's and Wally was the Flash. He was explaining his origin to a woman, I believe it was Linda, and he told her that he was called Speedy as a kid. She corrected him by reminding him that Speedy was Green Arrow's sidekick. If someone could please remind me of the issue number I would appreciate it greatly.
