Earth 8? I think from Final Crisis, an Earth where Morrison's Justice League brought peace to the world, and the new generation (the heroes formerly from Young Justice) faces no real threat.

I think it's actually Earth-16 Kyle. The description is mostly correct, though (not necessarily YJ related, except it happens to use the same Earth number used in the show). Earth-16 is where the JL wiped out evil and Superman Robots handle any possible new threats. The current superheroes are more celebrities than actual heroes.
