This question circulates every few months. Everyone pretty much has their own opinion & personal canon.

I read her as 23-25...where I place the rest of the New Mutants & Kitty.

Not only do we have the sliding time scale to contend with, but the whole premise of Limbo.

Illyana's age to my knowledge has never been given post-Resurrection. Its been left intentionally vague and her searching for her soul stones for years at the start of the NM was to put her in line with the other NMs. Her age is relative to hers but theres no actual evidence to pinpoint to a concrete number

That makes even less sense bc if you are going to scale accordingly than the Young Avengers should be the same age as the New X-men, not New Mutants. If the O5 are to be in the 27-30 range, than that places the NM at 21-23 and NXM at 17-19

I interpret it as Illyana 2.0 choosing to appear to be as old as seems convenient, to have horns, tail, hooves etc when she wants.

Hell Lords are immortal, so from the instant she defeated Belasco and gained Dominion over Limbo, she's been unaging, and just uses cosmetic spells to appear to. (See the Enchantress's failed attempt to age Magik during the Asgard adventure.)
