Ok. I just read Aquaman #45.
Are they seriously going to market this villain as Namma, when they could just call her Mother of Salt? The latter is a far cooler name, as far as I am concerned.

The film based itself off the Johns/Parker/Abnett stuff, and this seems to undo all of that. I guess DC didn't expect AQUAMAN to be such an amazing hit but it's still such weird timing.

Haven't read yet the last issues, heard that Mera is having suitors, if so, the story is very predictable, they are copying the story of Penelope in the Odyssey.

Be careful what you wish for. Wonder Woman has had long-time creative troubles since Rucka's creative team departed, either in writing or in art due to the dense schedule. Right now the writing is good and improving due to G Willow Wilson, but the art is highly inconsistent. Originally Posted by Psycwave
