From clip I saw, Venom tough enough to withstand flashbangs and cling to Brock. Also really fast tentacles and such. True Ocks arms are basically unbreakable, but Venom itself not taken down that way.

Hell Venom functioned even after Brock got criticed.

The arms can work if Otto is koed too. But yeah thinking the alien spider man.

Theoretically Venom should have an advantage in durability since Ock is human once you get past the tentacles. But Otto took so many dang punches from Tobey Man in that movie.

that's the ting really, but then again, plenty of " humans" who are way above humans.

So yea, Doc ock can tank Tobey punches, i am sure he can tank Venom punches.

And the tentacles were very strong to, this might be a hard battle either way.

Yeah, from what I recall Ock took some nasty hits and kept on trucking, and not just Spiderman punches.

true, but can he reach him? I don't think Venom is faster the Tobey. so his tentacles might be enough to keep venom at bay and busy.
