Thanks for posting this. I really like the way Gambit's voice actor sounds, good casting. I'm gonna check this out once it drops in a month.

Lol at that quote and I really like Gambit's inclusion in this. I've always been a fan of Gambit and Wolverine's interactions. Hopefully we see them interact in the comics sometime soon. I don't usually check out podcasts but this is a must-listen for me. I hope they adapt this at some point to some sort of animated or live action tv show. It's been forever since we've seen Gambit on a screen. But for now this is really cool.

    I hope so too!

One of the great sadnesses of my comic-reading life is when they retconned the Witness not to be Gambit. I need Old Man Gambit to fill that Witness-shaped hole in my life.

I'm excited for the Remy-naissance that is happening at the moment, with his appearance in the podcast and potentially multiple books.

That's a really great image. It would make a cool avatar. But... why is he upside down?

Thanks, Neko. It was so bad that I erased it from my memory

I'm digging this cover. This one is my favorite cover and it's Terry Dodson's second best drawing of Gambit after his drawing of Gambit on the cover of issue 10. I like that he's improving his Gambit, I remember in the cover of issue #1 Gambit looked like John Krasinski from the office.

I was hoping this was gonna be an Old Man version of Gambit but apparently it's not. Kelly Thompson confirmed that it's not Gambit on twitter: https://twitter.com/79SemiFinalist/s...89429461278720

It would've been awesome to see a future Gambit in X-Force.

Great find Neko, I too had forgotten about this mini. Granted this mini wasn't that good and retconned Gambit as the witness, which I think would've been an interesting part of Gambit's character had it not been retconned.

Lame. Was hoping for Old Man Gambit.

Brand new charcter that looks like Gambit. Very creative.

It's almost become a habit of Marvel comics/writers to feature characters with Gambit's likeness instead of you know actually featuring Gambit considering he's already well established and has a great fanbase that's been around for decades.

This reminds of Fantomex, who I don't like at all.

This is worse than that Daredevil character that popped up a few years back that was basically Gambit, but not Gambit.

Oh you poor souls thinking Marvel has any interest in promoting Gambit.

I don't think I know which character you're talking about, or maybe I just forgot. But this doesn't surprise me at all, Marvel doesn't feature Gambit unless they absolutely have to or have no other characters available. Which Daredevil character are you referring to here?

You're not wrong here. Sure he's been featured this past year but Marvel is promoting Romy not Gambit. Even in MMX he's more of a supporting character but with very minor development (one can argue he's been the same since 2011). What I would've done to have Marvel feature him and promote him as much as some of the other x-men, like Rogue, these past couple years.

Lol I think by that point Tatum would most likely be playing Remy's dad, Jean Luc, while also directing the movie. Which if that were the case I would be alright with such a movie.
