I want X-Legion to fuse with Wanda now

Heck throw in Franklin Richards and Jamie Braddock while we're at it

You're not wrong. Fingers crossed for the inclusion of more X-Characters then. Even so, it's sad they're all just wallpaper for the same core group of X-Men.

They didn't have an outright terrible relationship
This too. You'd hope Jean would be a little more understanding and sympathetic towards Emma, even with all that she's done. She's not irredeemable, and any petty drama should be left in the past. I wouldn't necessarily wouldn't want them to be the best of friends, but they shouldn't be enemies either.

Plus we know Sage is showing up in the last issue, so it’s possible we’re gonna see a whole slew of other mutants fighting X-Man.
Do we? I knew she was showing up somewhere, I didn't know it was confirmed to be Uncanny

It was Pere Perez art, so I just assumed it would be this issue.

I think you're right. Both Sage and Betsy are wet.

If you had to come up with one takeaway from Disassembled, what would it be? What would it's commentary or intervention into X-Mythos be? Because I can't figure it out.

    - The X-men are actually the ones standing in the way of a better world?
    - The X-men should suffer consequences for neglecting/ignoring its next generation?

These actually sound like great hooks so why are they so fumbled?

For starters, they aren't based on anything. Let me use an example, Schism. While I thought it was unwise to use that as the issue, at least you could look at the X-Men history and wonder about the appropriateness of children being trained to use their powers to fight (unwise because it is not questioning any particular character's stance, but undermining the basis of the X-Men itself,) at least the story presented a scenario that could easily stand in for the debate.

This story has no basis nor does it portray any event that would allow the reader to form any such question themselves.
