Even in those "previously on" narration pages are pretending she didn't age much, since they say she got her powers "months ago", which makes it look like it was recent, but it's been over an year already lol.
Wait, that makes no sense, Cindy is around Peter's age lol.
Like, I'd understand if they have her acting as more like a teen, perhaps being isolated for so long doesn't make you mature much, but pretending her actual age is that of a teen would be weird.
Cindy never actually does pretend to be a teen. She definitely acts as such but characters point out that she's pushing 30 and at one point when Mockingbird calls her young lady she counters back that they're practically the same age.
If you're talking about Gwen then yeah, she has issues with it. Even back in her original run she once joked about herself being a 'teenager brooding on a rooftop' and her dad commented she had a very liberal definition of teen. Now he's saying she's 'barely an adult. Bit of a reverse turn there, Mr. Stacy.
In Gwen's case Spiderverse likely didn't help...although, in a somewhat odd irony the 15 year old Gwen there is far more mature, calm and level headed than the much cheerier and more outwardly emotional comics version. It's like Kate Bishop - during the first Young Avengers run she's the serious, withdrawn leader but by the time she's 21 she's a constant joke machine who constantly talks smack and makes goofy faces.
That'd be Clint Barton's influence rubbing off on her, lol.

Good idea Gwen, maybe Reed can make you a roaming superphone like the ones the Doctor gives his companions when they join Team Tardis.

Damn, Gwen is attending the poli-sci class in ESU like Kristy Watson in ASM: Going Big. They are giving me hope!
Either that or a Miles Warren plant; no way they'd let Gwen have an actual friend without making it dramatic or fucking it up somehow. If he is her new LI then all the power to him. Him not being an unpunished terrorist (far as we know, at least) already puts him above Harry. And again, why the fuck is Gwen deliberately entering 616 from a height that could splat her in the brief time she has no powers? Literally just find a fucking alley, Gwen. You did it the next page to change costumes.
We also get confirmation (not that we needed it, though) that Gwen's world is seriously lacking in superhumans. Hopefully this culture clash is explored more.

That is consistent. Look at what we know about Earth-65:
Daredevil is a villain.
The X-Men don't seem to exist and Wolverine and Kitty are also villains.
The Avengers don't exist. Tony's been mentioned, but he isn't Iron Man.
She-Hulk is an unpowered wrestler.
The Fantastic Four don't have their powers, and Ben and Reed don't know each other or Sue and Johnny. Additionally, Reed is just a child.
Since the Avengers don't exist, we can assume that the three major teen teams - the New Warriors, Young Avengers, and Champions - also don't exist. Most of their members would either not exist or not have their powers.

Agree with everything except the X-Men. Apparently they - and the concept of mutants - do exist here:
Though given Earth-65's logic I imagine most mutants have either low key or sucky powers, meaning the mutant hate would be far less pronounced. Basically regular racism rather than finding out your baby's a mutant and immediately strangling it in its crib.
