Default The current body of Xavier, can someone make sense of it?

I don't understand how Xavier from the astral plane, used Fantomex's body (a physical object) to create a new body for himself.

Did he destroy the body of Fantomex and used it as raw material to create a Xavier body with Xavier DNA?
How can he do that? Xavier has telekinesis?
Does X look like Fantomex or a young Xavier?
Does this mean E.V.A. is dead too?

it was confirmed X has the powers of Charles, not the powers of Fantomex

Using the reality warping abilities of the astral plane Charles took Fantomex's body and used it as a template to create his own body with his own powers and without any of Fantomex's. Just because Fantomex is dead doesn't mean that EVA is, since she can outlive Fantomex (as has been seen in Here Comes Tomorrow). He looks like a younger Charles, as seen in this cover by Deodato:

This would only make sense to me, if Charles also used Proteus to warp reality (and didnt tell anybody). So in a way he would have exploited Proteus, like the Shadow King was doing.

EVA can live without Fantomex as a separate entity, but if she was inside his body (she is there most of the time) she may have been destroyed

Is EVA even alive after X-Force because I remember Psylocke killing her with a psi-blade.

Eva is alive, but has only been shown in ship form. Fantomex was made whole again off panel in Bunn's run.

In Inhumans vs X-Men Karnak beat Fantomex by hitting EVA (she is the nervous system of Fantomex, it was a pretty shitty fight in which Fantomex looked like a chump and was beaten very easily, I guess Soule doesn't like him since now he pretty much killed him to resurrect Charles).

Yes, looks like it. Charles used Proteus's reality warping power to warp Fantomex body to his younger self but he didn't tell anybody about it.

That's why Proteus could get loose on Earth, it's partly his fault.

Charles had blue eyes and blond hair when he was a teenager. Later he lost his hair (don't know why)

It wouldn't surprise me if the irremediable flaw with Charles...the crushing downside to his mutant ability (they all have them) is that his mind is constantly adverse to and rejects his body. So no matter how many times he switches physical forms, subconciously his mind sees his body as a liability to its grand design and it's going to create a catastrophe where he ends up in the wheel chair. Or worse.

And, of course, Charles is oblivious to all of this. Like pretty much everything else.

My biggest fear is what Jalrisx mentioned above

That Xavier came back to life by doing evil immoral things, he used the reality warping of Proteus that Shadow King was exploiting, to warp the body of Fantomex (killing Fantomex and EVA), being responsible for Proteus being unleashed on London, and indirectly responsible for the civilians killed the actions of Proteus.

It would mean Charles is still the same shady bastard he was shown to be in the 2000s, not an heroic return.

He was eleven when his powers manifested and shortly thereafter started losing his hair as a result of his immense psionic powers or some nonsense.

Since when has Proteus' "limited" reality warping ability been permanent?

Well, he's not the SAME bastard, that's for sure. Whole point of this is that he changed after what felt like thousands and thousands of years in the Astral Plane. So it makes sense that X is the Xavier that saw too much and has even less morality. But that might change eventually until he becomes the good old Charles.

Maybe he used Proteus powers to create new body.

But, but, but... Proteus' powers are limited and revert after he vacates the scene or is defeated via iron...

IIRC the limitation of Proteus was (apart from being injured by metal and destroying his host bodies) was that his reality warping has a small range, pretty much what he can see. Not it's duration.
And Proteus was a spirit in the Astral plane, he may behave differently there.
