Dr. Simon Ecks had a computer file cameo in episode 1 of YOUNG JUSTICE: OUTSIDERS.
In episodes 2 and 3 he he had a substantial role.
In the comics world he is known as Dr. Double X and is one of my favorite C-List Bat Villains.
1st appearing in DETECTIVE COMICS #261.
Glad he ditch the short pants in his Bronze Age stories.
