She's a precog like Destiny...she can see the future, but can't see. She usually has a distinctive out of order cadence when she speaks and is very polite. I personally think she has some temporal distortion that effects her speech.

From Spurrier's X-Men Legacy, we already know that Ruth's speech impediment is a side effect of her brother ripping half of Ruth's power, breaking her mind.

My guess? He thinks he is. Sees Cable watching him through a scope and attacks, but only to find out that he's not the enemy. Rather he's possibly watching Scott's back or something like that.

But it clearly looks like Kid Cable. You can even see the metal left arm when he flips over to his back in one panel.

Yeah, overall this is making me pretty excited for the issue.

On one hand, I get why they didn't just call these first 10 issues a event because they already had extermination going on, I wish they did so this could have been the official #1.
