    Marvel-Two-in-One #4 Jul 1974
Captain America and Wundarr guest star in "Doomsday 3014!"
The Thing takes Wundarr for a day out at the zoo. While unattended, Wundarr frees the animals; unaware of the danger they pose.
A nearby Steve Rogers intervenes to help. Captain America and Sharon Carter go back with the Thing to the Baxter Building.
While the heroes are relaxing, Tarin appears on the time-platform, which was inadvertently left on.
She tells them of the Badoon invasion of her future world.

Captain America, Sharon Carter and the Thing decide to return with her to the 31st Century where they immediately come into conflict with the Zoms.

Unable to hold off the Zom hordes, Thing, Captain America, Sharon and Tarin are soon overpowered
and knocked unconscious when the Monster of Badoon arrives and takes them by surprise.

The defeated heroes are then carried off to be tried by the leader of the Badoon.
Letter to the editor from comics writer J.M. DeMatteis.

Script by Steve Gerber, pencils by Sal Buscema, inks by Frank Giacoia.

    Great Super Hero.
One of my favorite stories of the Thing donīt have a Itīs Clobberin Time scene which is Marvel Fanfare#15 from Barry Windsor Smith.
And i liked the redesign of Thing way back in Fantastic Four#310 to a more rockier form.

Have you listened to the podcast “funny, he doesn’t look jewish?” It’s a Jewish podcast about comic books and they did a few episodes on the thing. It was actually lovely and so important

Here's an old drawing I did of Thing giving the Hulk a tap on the chin.

their grudge match should have always been portrayed as more evenly balanced.

Ben Grimm makes a few appearances in Marvel Comics #1000, but my favorite is 1961 from Steve Rude.

I know, right? Between his numerous appearances in Fantastic Four & Marvel Two-in-One, along with his self-titled mag from 1983, The Thing should be dominating the activity stream.

Maybe it will be so again as soon as the character makes his live-action debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
