The murders that Bishop were investigating were implied to be Nate as well.
The Bishop sub-plot was dropped as well.

Yeah, and why was Bishop singled out to be further away in the water on the cover? What was that about?

I'm pretty sure that was Legion. They kept saying they were sorry but I saw you with him. Which was Nate pretending to be the old lady?

Yeah, Nate grey was the old woman. Legion possessed and used those people to attack because he saw Jean talking to Nate

It's all I've got. The level of in-verse hatred generated by Disassembled's events makes about zero sense otherwise.

So I guess they needed someone to be more despised than Cyclops so they used Nate to accomplish that. Everyone will forget what Cyclops did because of Nate.

This may be important to how Anole got suddenly cast as the traitor. Apparently Wind Dancer was supposed to be used here and in the follow-up Uncanny arc but it took up too much story to bring her in and they used someone else in that role. The one plot that bridges these is the vaccine. My hunch is that Wind Dancer, or Renascance as she goes by now, was supposed to be the thief.
