Default Strongest MCU character that DCEU Aquaman can beat?

This is Aquaman at the end of his movie, armed with the Trident of Atlan, in full command of his hybrid powers and skills.

    Standard Rumbles settings.

    Drax? Groot?

MCU Hulk is a maaaaybe. I haven't seen the movie yet. How stabby stabby was the trident? If it can pierce Hulk he might take a fight or two.

Again. Havent seen it. Just basing on what others have been saying in my circle of friends.

It was basically the Thor equivalent, really. He's ... probably not beating the Hulk in a straight up without it, but I could see him putting it through Hulk's forehead.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

MCU Hulk has thunderclap feats. Hulk can PROBABLY just spam that, force Arthur against the wall of the arena, then puny god him.

Eeeh, Aquaman was durable enough for that to not mean much.

I think we can go higher than most of the characters mentioned so far. We just have to look beyond heroes.

Ronan > Drax, for example, and I'm pretty sure Aquaman can beat Ronan.

And if there's even a chance that he can defeat the Hulk, then he can surely beat Abomination.

He can probably take Malekith and some other major prominent villains too.

    Agreed.

He only lacks range, physically he’s more than strong enough and (with the trident) armed enough to take most on and win.

Is DCEU Aquaman (with his Trident of Atlan) capable of putting up a fight against MCU Iron Man with standard Rumbles settings?

Doubt it. Maybe the earlier armors. Nano suit Tony is a whole other level.

Dude has feats of actually inflicting harm to Thanos and surviving a football stadium sized hunk of burning moon rock. He can just fly up and spam. Even CQC is not unwinnable.

So it's not unwinnable or winnable? The wording is confusing me.

Hand to hand (which should be Aquamans strength) is not an impossible match up for Tony. He can conceivably win the slug fest even though he has no reason to let it get there.
