I have to say, I didn't know he drew this... I prefer the way he draws her now over this one.

Question: How do you guys here feel about Elektra's 2001 solo series?

I loved the Greg Rucka written issues 7-22. Not really a fan of the Bendis issues 1-6, some parts were alright, but I dont think he had a good grasp of her and theres a scene were in issue 5 were Nick Fury basically shouts at Elektra that really annoyed me. It came across like we were meant to agree with Nick and she just stands there and takes it and walks away. The art was pretty poor as well. The Rodi issues 23-35 are fun enough read, seeing Elektra on a number of different assignments.

I remember loving each and every painted cover from both Greg Horn & Bill Sienkiewicz.

I wish the whole thing was in a nice Omnibus.
I think it was reprinted(or mostly) in one large size "Complete" style trade but I want it hardcover and Omni!

The Greg Rucka issues were printed in a complete collection. The rest are in individual tpb arcs.

I think the Bendis issues would have been better received if the art wasn't so butt ugly. Austen used 3D software to do most of it and you can clearly tell. It was bad.

A little bit of BTS stuff with Checchetto and his work on DD 11. We get to see some process/black and white work of Elektra

Anyone else think that Elektra could use a costume upgrade? I love the character, but I just don't feel that costume has aged well. I always thought she would look great in this old Psylocke costume, but with black and red instead of Psylocke's colors.

His current approval rating is 34%, meaning 34% of Americans are still morons.
