Gen X members are X-Men. Jubilee alway. Chamber immediately after the series ended. Husk during Wolverine and the X-Men and beyond. M during Wood's X-Men.

Technically most to all mutants are X-Men now after Fractions run. Just like pretty much everyone is an Avengers. Team status has no meaning anymore. .

They should do things like wear handlebar mustaches, listen to old grunge music, spend more money on wine and craft beers than any other generation of X-Men, adopt a more politically centrist view than their radical heyday of their youth but using the word "bro" to sell it, and learn how to manipulate Warren Worthington's wealth through tech industry secrets but really code it with the more market-friendly term called "the shared economy."

Jubilee and Chamber are the only cool one from Gen X

The least cool ones you mean. Out of all the team those two were always the lamest. Skin, M, Synch, and Husk were all better characters that sparkle girl and hole in the chest boy.

Anyway. With this year being the 25th anniversary of the team it would be a good time for Marvel to do something with them. Has it ever been shown if Synch is alive still after the Necrosha crossover or did he die again at the end? I know he was shown in that event being resurected but I am not sure if they ever showed him dying again. Just have Blink show up and tell them she didn't telaport him with the rest but she has no idea where he is now. It would be a perfect reason to get the team back together for a "Search for Synch" mini series.

oh dear, we have begged... pleaded Marvel for a new Gen X reunion book for ages and then finally...they gave us Strain's Gen X. Mind you I liked Strain's book, but I have a feeling that was Marvel's one bone they threw at us to shut us up. I dont think we'll see another true Gen X book, that is, one that's actually about the original members and not "here's some new X-kids! oh and yeah the Gen Xers are here too, kinda, in the corner there" for a long time.
