The first of those characters I ever read was Bobbi, but she was being called Mockingbird at the time so I don't know if that counts.

The first time I ever saw a character called Huntress in comics it was Bertinelli (post-Crisis).

    Not really.

I believe she was only "Huntress" for that one b&w story, and I don't know if/how often the "Huntress" identity was ever mentioned in-story after that.

I'm assuming pre-CoIE version as opposed to New 52 version?

(Was there ever a hyphen between "Earth" and"2" during the New 52?)

Helena Bertinelli for me. I first saw her in Knightfall part 1 tpb, where a criminal asks who she is (calls her Batlady) and she gets angry and doesn't actually say. Didn't know her name for a few years after that.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"

"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"

"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!

Helena Bertinelli - still my favourite version of the character. I think it was in No Man's Land where she masqueraded as Batgirl for a while before Batman shut her down.
