Raiden in his first Revengeance body is probably faster (missile hopscotch)* and way stronger than Adam. Sam trounced him.

Adam gets diced. Dude’s pretty meta but not enough IMO.

*Though Ruby did something similar against Cordovin recently so you could maybe scale Adam as being equal or above that.

Rewatching the first part of that certainly makes Adam look speedy. He’s basically low-key flash-stepping in broad daylight on Blake, who is a pretty redonculous bullet-timer in her own right, to say nothing of fighting Blake and Yang simultaneously.
