I read that issue... I'm not sure the intention was that Mocking bird wasn't drugged and raped by the Phantom Rider, so much as Clint was unwilling to believe she was, and that was the real reason he divorced her (as opposed to letting her rapist fall to his death), and this was meant as an attempt of reconciling him divorcing her, and the fact that he had just murdered Bruce Banner in cold blood... I'm not suggesting this interpretation is an improvement.
