Yeah, he went from having a solo book and being leader of the Avengers, to completely being in limbo. Which Champions cancelled now, his two sidekicks are about to join him.

Sam should have a hall of costumes like Steve does.

Has anyone any idea of how old redwing is in-universe?

That would seem to be a valid point - you're wondering if he should still be alive, right? - but Redwing is a vampire now and thus won't die.

Yeah, it happened in All-New Captain America #5. Redwing seemed to be killed but in the following issue, was shown to be alive. Later, in Captain America: Sam Wilson, Karl Malus gave Joaquin Torres Redwing's DNA, which is how the teenage Falcon got his powers. That's when Sam found out about what had really happened to Redwing.

Vamping Redwing was actually one of Remender's really good Sam plays because that baby bird would otherwise have to die eventually.

Yeah, the average lifespan for a falcon is 13 years, and the maximum in captivity is 25 years. And in-universe, Sam probably obtained Redwing about 12 years ago.

There's 20 issues total there. If the second volume contains the rest of Spencer's run, that's issues 7-25, which is 19 issues.
