I don't know if Bendis was really pro-Scott as much as it felt like he didn't like how Remender was presenting things in Uncanny Avengers.

Wait, no, he was totally pro-Scott, but it just felt like there was a lack of synergy between quite a few of the writing teams at that time, especially when it came to Uncanny Avengers.

The x-office delayed Bendis' final issue so they could invalidate it on the very same day of its release. Of course Bendis was pro-Scott, lol.

Every single US president since the second world war would be found guilty of war crimes at the Hague if prosecuted. So I don't think that's a great analogy considering Vietnam, Iraq, Yemen, Libya.
