So two ideas

1) I've been thinking of Cisco going back to his original power set but with more emphasis on the versatility of his powers. He won't be a dimension hopper but will still be very effective.

2) I was thinking of Cisco joining the Department of Metahuman Affairs (assuming DC brings them back).

Those work.

Him joining the DEO was a good idea in the last solo. For a tv spinoff, i would've just had him take up Breacher on his offer and move to Earth 19(i cant remember the number).
