Elektra vs. Black Canary

2: They spot each other 3 blocks away on separate rooftops. Downtown NYC at night.

Canary's only chance in the Arena is the Canary Cry right off the bat. I figure she CAN get it, assuming Elektra doesn't futz her up with mental hoodoo while charging, and the Cry will not only area frag but provide protection against thrown stuff (I can't really see the thrown stuff making it to Dinah before the Cry starts up, and after that it's twisted metal flying in various directions other than 'at Dinah').

So, if Elektra can mess her up with mind stuff, Elektra takes the Arena fight; if not, Dinah wins.

In Downtown NYC, Dinah is pretty much hosed. Elektra's stealth is such that she WILL manage to make to Dinah without Dinah knowing when it's a good idea to start up the omni-directional stuff, and once she's close in, she blitzes Dinah and kills her.
