Sorry @Agent Z. But i tougth you needed to see this.
While i don't think she's really gone, it speaks volumes for DC ideas for the character.
Enchantress on the cover of SUPERMAN FAMILY #204.

Well people wanted her with a pointy hat, and (for now) she has one. Maybe not the kind you wanted, but still pointy one.
Groan!
That's very Alice in Wonderland. I'm pretty much over modern DC, so whatever...
from the previous version of this thread,
Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe Vol. VII (September 1985)
and something new(er) to this thread,
Enchantress (with the Suicide Squad) from History of the DC Universe Book Two (1986)
Who's Who debuted the 80s look that Enchantress sported in Suicide Squad. For some strange reason, they had her dressed in a hot pink gown -- with June Moon blonde hair in The Forgotten Heroes stories that took place in DC Presents. I would guess that Carl Potts designed the 80s look -- being that he illustrated the Who's Who entry. Too bad he didn't draw Suicde Squad, because Luke McConnell, the series artist drew her to look like a dude in drag (the way he drew all women).
I really like how clever June was in Shadowpact.
I wasn't fond of the outfit she wore in shadowpact. It was a bit generic and lacking in personality as compared to the one she wore in Ostrander's Suicide Squad. But except for her brief appearance in New 52's JLDark, she has mostly been misused by DC in the past 5+ years.
Here's an idea. Bring Mystik U back with June as one of the teachers.
