Is Sable on the fighting level of other ladies like Psylocke, Black Widow, Elektra, Black Cat?

Hard to say about the others but Sable has sparred with Widow which seemingly ended in a stalemate.

    Thanks!

I never saw that before and did not know Natasha had ever met Sable.

The stalemate must mean Sable is really up there with the best fighters.

Silver Sable and the Wild Pack #26 Jul 1994
    "Blood and Sand!"
The issue starts out the in Symkarian Embassy in New York.
The Wild Pack are going through a very hard workout, and BattleStar and Powell are jawing with each other.
Sandman then breaks up the two and starts to come down on them for not taking this seriously, even though this is a loose workout.
Silver breaks it up, but Sandman leaves in a huff. In a bar, Sandman realizes he did overact but before anything happens,
a couple of the locals start picking on a guy in the bar that turns out to be the Trapster, one of Sandman's old buddies in crime.
Fresh out on parole, and not wanting any trouble, Trapster is about to get roughed up, before Sandman makes the save.
The Trapster talks about trying to get a second chance. Sandman suggests that he try to hook with Silver Sable.
Silver reluctantly agrees to bring Trapster aboard.

He will train with Sandman and Silver will judge if he can cut it when she returns from Symkaria.
The training is going badly. Trapster doesn't have it physically to make it.
Sandman suggests that he use his old Trapster gear, for it might be his only chance.
The next day while Trapster is returning from a store, he's confronted by two hoods trying to collect an old debt. Sandman makes the save.
Trapster doesn't want to press charges, much to the surprise of Sandman, for it would violate his parole. In a huff, Trapster leaves.

Sandman later goes to Trapster's place to apologize, but he is not there.
However, Sandman does find all the jewels from the heists that have been plaguing the city for some time.
Sandman has a plan to get Trapster back.
The next day in training, Trapster is in his full gear running the course, and Sandman stops him and confronts him.
Trapster however prepared for this and turned on Sandman using a special paste on him, that's hot enough to melt sand.
Trapster runs for it, claiming victory for beating Sandman, but Sandman crashes through the wall much to the surprise of Trapster.
Sandman had to cut off chunks of himself to prevent the paste from spreading.
Sandman beats the daylights out of Trapster but before he delivers the final blow, Silver returns and stops him.
As Trapster is taken away, Sandman worries if he is a hero because he wants to

    or because he's paid to.

I would love to see a Black Widow and Silver Sable ongoing series. Those two work well together. I wonder how she would fair against Mystique?

To me an EXCELLENT suggestion I view the comicbook character Mystique to be a formidable adversary for the comicbook character Silver Sable to deal with.

Silver Sable and the Wild Pack #27 Aug 1994
    "On the Loose"
Nothing like a high-speed chase to start off the issue. BattleStar jumps from Silver's car to a hijacked truck and is able to stop it.
Just then, the back opens up and a bunch of goons come out shooting.
But some quick work from Silver and BattleStar subdue the crooks for the police.

Quentino is back on job, sidelined in a wheelchair however, and informs Silver that
Man-Eater is on the loose, and that NYPD's special strike force, Code: Blue, is out after him.
None of Pack or the Intruders have checked in yet, so Silver and BattleStar go hunting.
In Central Park, a couple is attacked by a mugger. The mugger is then attacked by Man-Eater and is quickly dispatched.
The police soon find him, but can't catch him.
They realize it's not a tiger, but a member of Silver Sable's team. They follow him to the zoo.
Man-Eater takes a moment to lick his wounds and realizes that the animal instinct has taken over again.
Suddenly, he catches the smell of a female tiger.
Silver and BattleStar run into Code: Blue, and they reluctantly agree to work together to bring in Man-Eater.

They track Man-Eater to the tiger den, where a tigress is in heat. BattleStar tries to talk to Man-Eater,
and is somehow getting through, but the instincts from his animal half are too strong.
Sandman contacts Silver saying Quentino has given him and Fin the info and are in the area to assist.
Man-Eater tries to hide in the polar bear den, and Sandman, BattleStar and Fin try to capture him while trying to subdue the angry bears.

Just then, Silver delivers a shot from a taser staff to Man-Eater to bring him down.
Back at the Symkarian Embassy, numerous tests are run to find out what caused the rampage.
The doctors can't explain it for he has human and tiger DNA, and some that are unidentifiable.
With the support of Silver and the Pack, Man-Eater insists that they run as many tests as they need to figure out what he is.
