I voted as being excited. As for the negative trend, salty fans are salty, I guess.

It does not make someone salty because they chose not to see this movie. Some of you guys need to stop using that excuse when people decide they don’t wanna see this movie. Some people are truly hating but some have legit reasons why they will pass on this movie and it doesn’t make them anymore salty then it does make someone who will go see anything XMen whether it’s good or bad. It’s nothing wrong with being excited for the movie just as it’s nothing wrong with passing on it, since in the end it’s not your money being used for a ticket. We all have a choice.

When I said, "salty," I meant it as a synonym for "upset." I didn't say that people didn't have legitimate reasons for not wanting to see this movie. I didn't throw out any "real fan" nonsense as a means of gatekeeping. I didn't say anybody had to see the movie. I didn't even say there's anything wrong with not wanting to see it.

There are a lotta folks who don't wanna see it for a lotta different reasons. Doesn't mean they aren't salty.

Heck, I'll be the first to admit that I'm salty as can be about Endgame not being good. I have legitimate reasons for being so, but I also won't be bothered by the term.

This. That got her elevation started. Then they cast JL, and showing her off became a priority. Now Comic Mystique followed suit since she's everywhere and is the ultimate villain sue it seems. Only being topped by guys like Magneto & Wolverine, who surpass her in popularity.
