Isnt Daredevil suppose to be pretty good at dodging bullets and stuff, much less something with only the velocity of being thrown?
Gambit is fast enough to deflect gunfire with his staff, and can catch an RPG round after its been fired and throw it back. Also, Daredevil's ability to deflect/twist away from bullets after they've been fired is going to be of limited use against a guy who is fast enough to keep track of DD's movements and can pretty much fill massive areas with reasonably powerful explosions.
Actually, how likely is Daredevil to be able to sense the difference between normal chunks of ground and chunks of ground that Gambit has charged with power?

Gambit definitely wins if he isn't being flippant/flirtatious and takes the fight seriously.
"Ooh, dat's a nice flip. Mebbe you can let me show you how flexible I can be, mon ami."
Is it terrible that I totally just read the two previous posts in Gambit's TAS voice?
Freakin' dying over here, guys.
In terms of the versus... I really can't say because if I'm being honest, I've never read any Daredevil. So it'd be easy for me to say Gambit because he's the character I'm familiar with, but that'd be doing a disservice to DD just because of my ignorance.
If by 'terrible' you mean 'hilarious and awesome', yes. Yes, it is. He's Remy LePew.
For context, it's considered impressive that Gambit is able to keep up with Daredevil's speed. The guy has many, many feats of just going LOL NOPE in response to bullets. In terms of the versus...
