To me Pattinson looks the standard for the kind of Bruce/Batman they're trying to convey, more or less. A lot of it looks standard to me.

MARVEL: Daredevil, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), & Doctor Strange.
Current Pulls: Not a thing!
I just saw the runtime for this.
Hmmm better not be full of fluff.
Long run times either work due to a fluid narrative or they are drawn out because someone thinks they are Artsy and it bores the rest of us in places.
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" - Optimus Prime
The rumor on the two cuts is they were runtime ... Not ratings.
So will this be R?

I like this clip and the color grading even more. it kind of gave me the very old school X-MEN 1 vibe. this is the very first time I am feeling the cinematography of the film with full conviction, it looks naturally grounded without trying to over do things, which I will admit was slightly problematic about Snyder's Batman v Superman cinematography although I still like that.
This is great news! Glad they didn't force him to trim an hour off. Everything looks great. And we all knew it was never going to be R - but neither was The Dark Knight and holy hell it was intense. So far everything about this is looking good. I'm a little apprehensive, but only because recently I wound up hating all the other movies I had looked forward to (Godzilla vs Kong, Mortal Kombat, Batman: The Long Halloween, three in a row films I hoped would be good but didn't enjoy). Hoping this'll break my losing streak of film watches. I so want to like a new movie again.
Hey Lawrence of Arabia was well over 3 hours, so hey maybe it will be ok.
But I wonder if the movie theatres will again incorporate intermissions into these longer films at some point. Just so they can increase their snack sales if nothing else. It happens in live theatre all the time and used to even happen with movies.
