She is actually a member of Daughters of Liberty in the current Captain America run and was present in last two issues. Unfortunately it looks like Coates didn't bother to read any of her previous apparences because she acts really out of character. Spoilers below:
She straight up murders one of the grunt with cold blood (with a gun !!!!!), like wtf she managed to hold Tiger God from killing Mace but she does this to disarmed soldier??? She also talks like she is stupid or someting. I was really excited about her appearing at all but this makes me really angry. I really want Ewing to write her again and Coates can **** off.
