Superman Secret Years was a pre crisis mini series taking him from Superboy to Superman.
World of Krypton, World of Smallville, and World of Krypton are three series from the same time for post crisis world building. But don't waste your time with Smallville.
Superman Year One is comprised of the 1995 annuals. Yes he's already Superman during it, but it covers the same ground as Man of Steel from different angles.
Superman For All Seasons is along the same lines, but pulls the calender back a bit further to take him out of high school graduation.
Superman: Kryptonite is the initial arc of Superman Confidential by the same artist, Tim Sale. It deals with his early days and first encountering krypronite.

Secret Origin #1 from 1986 retells his origin from the golden age.
The upcoming Man and Superman, out this week, looks like another entry in this category.
There are also like two dozen stories dealing with a young Clark. They're not necessarily as close to these as what you would call origins or a "year one", though. There's supposed to be a new Year One to boot, but it's been delayed for like 18 months already.
