Default The Kingpin of Crime: Wilson Fisk Appreciation (2019)

NOTE: This thread is to serve as continuation of the previous "The Kingpin of Crime-Wilson Fisk Appreciation" thread, which can be found at
From the previous version (originally created by marvelguy25 back in May of 2016):
hello everyone. i'd like to discuss our favorite crime lord of New York City. the enemy of Spider-man, Daredevil, and of course the Punisher. i like to talk about the cunning, emotional, and sinister moments of the Kingpin of Crime. even some moments that'd make other villains look like fools.
And to start things off, from his first appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #50 (July 1967):

The cover to Amazing Spider-Man #51 (August 1967)

and his entry in The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Vol. 1 No. 6 (June 1983):

I am so very, very grateful to Frank Miller for swiping the comicbook character Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin away from the Spider-Man comics as of Daredevil #170.

Don Rigoletto is meeting with his men. They are complaining that they are being out competed.

Rigoletto refuses to murder children, or cater to unholy perversions, nor will they flood their streets with crack cocaine.
He is upset and sends his men away. Wilson Fisk comes up behind him and begins to give him a massage as Rigoletto tries to relax.

Kingpin then snaps his neck and takes his place ready to become the Kingpin of the city.

And Kingpin also took on Captain America (plus S.H.I.E.L.D.) by financing HYDRA back in Captain America #146-148 in 1972.

IMO the above pages are to serve as inspiration for Kevin Feige to re-introduce the MCU Wilson Fisk to the MCU after 2 years have gone bye.

So what is the current status of the KingPin is he dead or alive cause he kind of got blown up by a rocket and assassinated in Captain America but he is still around in Daredevil based on the march solicitations.
