It's a really ridiculously good strength feat. Better than Space Whale punch or Tony dropping that hunk of building on Thanos.

It's not her strength that's impressive, it's her energy projection.

It's a better raw strength feat than any of those guys have imo. Except maybe Thanos? And even he doesnt have "lifting" feats better. More of a presentation feeling + his dismantling of Hulk.

The reason for more or less one big strength feat and one big durability feat is that, in the movie, Captain Marvel only achieves her full power level in the last few minutes of the movie. According to Kevin Feige, she represents a new power level in the MCU that he says is way beyond everything up until now but we clearly will have to wait for Endgame to see the full details.

The missile was about the size of an intercontinental ballistic missile. Honestly, the Kree missiles were smaller than the Space Whales in Avengers. The Kree battleships that launched them were about the size of US aircraft carriers (smaller than Ronan's ship in GotG).

It's a good strength feat for Carol, but nowhere even close to Kara's lifting Fort Rozz from the ground, flying it up into space, and hurling it away from Earth.

Carol is so outmatched here. Seriously, Kara can just stand there and let Carol wear herself out. Carol has not demonstrated the strength nor the firepower to make Kara even feel her attacks.

This like a 2 year old trying to fight Ivan Drago in his prime.

Thanos was able to pluck the Mind Stone out of Vision's vibranium-made forehead. I'm not sure how that compares to Carol's feat, however.
