See, I can kinda buy having the twins be on missions - not Combat missions per-say, but having someone who can control emotions and effect memories can be pretty damn useful in emergency rescue and disaster relief kind of missions.

What I CAN'T buy is dragging them to a fight against X-man - which is where they would have to be to get Zapped to this world.

The Twins powers are probably not much use against a super-powerful psychic and his 4 mind controlled elite mooks.
