Back in the day Katana was actually a pretty underrated fighter - parrying bullets and looking better than Deathstroke in a sword fight. Post crisis should win. Post Flashpoint no clue

I suppose Hawkeye might win with equipment although Katana has sliced GA's arrows and all. Still close range of without explosive arrows should end with her winning

Standard equipment here though includes explosive arrows and sonic arrows and gas arrows and all kinds of nonsense that don't actually have to hit to stun/maim/kill. Katana is probably in for a rough ride - I don't recall her having much of a range game, but don't pretend to be an expert.
