I can't imagine any other death that is close to the X-Men that is going to be put on the cover of issue 17 other than Hope and Chamber.

I seem to read somewhere it's the leader of MLF ....

From the preview, it states the one who is going to die is one of the X-Men own members, Velo is not an X-Man.

no way they will kill Chamber, he technically can't even die unless they remove his mutant ability

Bad writing can kill anybody - against it there is no defence.

Hope will die. She has been an X-Men and technically calls her MLF "X-Men".

Oh, I didn’t know that she referred to them as suck. :0 At first I was thinking maybe Banshee if he does join. But it might be Jono or Madrox because they have kids. Chamber might not be safe, but Rosenberg did list him as a favorite. So hmmmm.

I like to think Chamber is going to be safe, also I like to think that he was holding the glass in the last issue of Uncanny just for the cheers and not that no one caught that he doesn't really drink... Generation X v1 011-001.jpg

@comeatmebro: Yes, I am going to believe that too. Especially that bit about the drink. He’s slowly dumping it in someone else’s glass.

I love that page. That’s from Gen X vol 1 when he fought Omega Red, right?

I like the design but didn't dig his art in Return to Wolverine but it seemed interesting, I would definitely read it, there seems to be a lot of writers/artists currently employed at Marvel who are big Jono fans

I like it, but I don't think Jono's much of a uniform guy. Looks like he drew Jono's powers pretty good too!

That was my first comic ever. Love that issue!

I'm just really stoked he's on the team.

It think its ok. I dont like the weird buckles on the sleeves and the black nails. I like the idea for the book.

Anyone read Uncanny Xmen: Winters End? Apparently Jono had a cameo there.

I didn't even notice the buckles. xD

lol Yeah, I read it. He was like in a few panels in the background. He has no speaking parts.

    spoilers:
This was all in the future. He got blown up in space though. So he died. Because as Panic said, "Bad writing can kill anybody - against it there is no defense." The issue actually wasn't that bad though, it was actually an okay side story.
    end of spoilers
