Also, nothing about those scans makes me think Hulk was somehow less resistant. Dude was literally doing the identical thing Luke was; talking to the attacker nonchalantly whilst tossing them. Vintage scans though!

Ah, it seems Dillon got de powered then killed, so we have a new female Electro, because everything TEH KOOLZ happens when you replace male characters with female characters using the same derivative name.

So I guess ‘Francine Frye’ is the current Electro for the purposes of this Rumble.
