I just saw China's first sci-fi blockbuster. I highly recommend this movie.

The Wandering Earth is set in the near future. When the sun threatens to consume the Earth, Humanity builds thousands of enormous fusion powered thrusters to propel the planet to Alpha-Centauri.

The film is in Chinese with English and was easy enough to follow.

I give the Wandering Earth 8/10.
