So Silver Surfer, Vol 8 #6 was marketed as SS's 200th issue...
I can't for the life of me calculate how they got this.
Any ideas?

Accortding to the Marvel Database wiki on Fandom:
#1-18 Silver Surfer Vol 1 #1-18
#19 Silver Surfer Vol 2 #1
#20-165 Silver Surfer Vol 3 #1-146
#166-167 Silver Surfer Vol 4 #1-2
#168-181 Silver Surfer Vol 5 #1-14
#182-186 Silver Surfer Vol 6 #1-5
#187-201 Silver Surfer Vol 7 #1-15
#202-215 Silver Surfer Vol 8 #1-14
That's seven out, so it looks like vols 4 and 6 weren't counted for some reason.

Thanks D. Weird the selective Surfer omissions.
In other Legacy Number news, while Iron Man is currently not displaying anything officially, I noticed that the Man-Thing variant cover of IM #2 lists it as LGY627.
So SOMEONE is still keeping track somewhere!
600 (up to Bendis) + 19 (Slott) + 6 (2020) = 625, so that confirms Iron Man 2020 is included in the legacy numbering despite not having the legacy number on the covers.

Didn't stop them counting vol 2, which is a one-shot. Without that issue, the maths is one issue short.

Next week's Black Widow, vol. 8 # 3 is now cover-listed as LGY #43.
This would also require them to ignore some volumes (limited series?)
I just this moment received an e-mail from Marvel with the official Spider-Woman legacy numbering scheme:
SERIES COUNT LEGACY NUMBERING
Spider-Woman (1978) 1-50 50 1 to 50
Spider-Woman (1999) 1-18 18 51 to 68
Spider-Woman (2015) 1-10 10 69 to 78
Spider-Woman (2016) 1-17 17 79 to 95
Spider-Woman (2020) 1-10 10 96 to 105
This leaves out Bendis' seven-issue series for some reason, but that's the way it goes.
I figured out f'r myself for Black Widow that if you leave out all the miniseries, including the 2018 five-issue run, then that gets you to exactly 40, as the current series has it:
Black Widow (2010) 1–8 8 1 to 8
Black Widow (2014) 1–20 20 9 to 28
Black Widow (2016) 1–12 12 29 to 40
Black Widow (2020) 1– 41+
LMAO at them ignoring the hyped up Bendis series, but including the random Mattie Franklin series!
(Well, an un-costumed Jessica Drew WAS a supporting character, but still...)
Black Widow is a mess. Without some of those defining limited series, it just feels incomplete.
Frustrated that they seem not to have done anything with Shang-Chi's new series.
I concur—they should've included ALL the Black Widow miniseries, as they did with Venom. Granted, Venom's miniseries were all released back-to-back, with no interruption between them, so it was essentially an ongoing, but that's not really the point here.
I figger Shang-Chi at new issue 1 = LGY 137, rather than 127 as suggested by an earlier post, because I am including both the MAX series (6 issues) and "Deadly Hands of Kung Fu" (2014, 4 issues). But I'm flexibobble about such things.
Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

I don't think the MAX imprint has been included anywhere.
Punisher was up to #244 when it was cancelled, but would have been way past #300 if the MAX series was included.
Limited series are so 'touch and go'.
You're right about Venom - all included, but treated at the time like an ongoing saga.
The first Punisher mini series is included; Wolverine's acclaimed limited series is not,
but both Deadpool's first two LS ARE!
