Though DC's been doing adult-oriented animation for years, from their DTV's to the CWSeed stuff. Young Justice is basically an adult cartoon now on DC Universe.

Though Marvel did do some more adult DTV's with Lionsgate, but outside Hulk vs. Wolverine they don't seem all that well-remembered.

The problem has always been Disney’s need for animation to be cheaper and kid focused, that’s what got Wolverine and the X-Men, Spectacular Spider-Man and Avengers EMH all cancelled in favour of relatively inferior products. I would also hope that Marvel tries to encourage more animated films akin to Warner and DC’s Animated Movie Universe.

As much as I love Dazzler & have always had a soft spot for Tigra... Handler has been increasingly grating over the years. Also anytime I see someone described as "woke" all I can picture are all the moronic, self-righteous Twitter users posturing about their own "wokeness" even though their life experiences are essentially whatever their college professors have "taught" them. I'll give it a shot, but the description & Handler involvement doesn't make me optimistic.

As so many others have said...this sounds like a train wreck in the making. I want to be positive....but the attached people...the apparent designs...the description. BUT maybe it will spark someone's interest in Tigra and Dazz and we can get a decent production for them???? Maybe???

Obviously this is going to be a raunchy comedy action hijinks kind of thing. Please Please Please Marvel give me a serious action with good artwork. You have so many artist at your disposal. I would love for American artists to really be able to show what they can do in the animation world. Rather than the quickest cheapest way possible. Quality please. Q U A L I T Y. Talk to an artists like Joshua Middleton who worked with AVATAR Korra series.

I don't know what to make of this. Modok kinda interests me the most because he has a wide range of Story angles that could be used for comedic material.

Tigra and Dazzler confuses me the most, i hope that Alison singing and performing is put on display.

This gives me hope for a Slapstick animated series.
