    Unless this is a super powerful version of Ghost Rider, I'm reasonably sure Ichigo can blitz him with impunity.

    Not to mention that, at worst, the Penance Stare would make Ichigo feel like the injury his insane Hollow form did to Uryu, and I'm reasonable comfortable with the idea that he could power through that without too much hardship And he'd probably be more or less immune to Hellfire, since he's a very stand up guy.
