    The song in that video sounds like a riff on "I'm Not Your Steppin' Stone" (Boyce and Hart) from Paul Revere and the Raiders and also covered by the Monkees.

    I think that's the toughest looking Hippolyta I've ever seen.

    Does anyone else here think WW in the current comics should draw on WW as portrayed in this new tv show thing, at least partially? Here is a quick comparison between both characters:

    DC Superheroine show WW is:
    >>> happy to go on adventures
    >>> Likes to have fun
    >>> brown
    >>> recklessly endangers youths

    Current comic WW is:
    >>> not happy to go on adventures
    >>> does not like to have fun
    >>> pallid as Athena (haha!)
    >>> does not surround herself with youths and therefore is unable to endanger them

    Supergirl is more like Powergirl than her usual self here (both in terms of look and actions).

    Yes. Honestly, there are lots of characters who would be improved if comic book writers partially retooled them to suit their animated versions.

    I watched the first episode and I think all of the shorts and I have to say I think the show is pretty good, as you'd expect from Lauren Faust. As someone who takes inexplicable joy in images of Wonder Woman killing people, the parts where Wonder Woman brutalizes Supergirl, threatens a burrito vendor and devours her friend's food like a feral animal were pure joys.

    DC Superhero Diana is in a very different set of circumstances from her comic counterpart.

    And if you want a monstrous WW just play Injustice 2.
