Rivalries include hero vs hero or hero vs anti hero, etc, you know it.

The Bat-Family has always had some good friendships across the franchise. Also really liked Batman and the Joker's fighting in the '90s cartoon.
I was personally a fan of the friendship between Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz in the Green Lanterns comics; nice balance and the writers made the dynamics interesting without resorting to them fighting and all that.
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."
X-23: "I know there are people who disapprove... Guys on the Internet mainly."
(All-New Wolverine #4)
I think Superman and Jimmy qualifies for both categories, given the number of Superman-Olsen-Wars they'd get up to back in the Silver Age between going out for burgers or whatever.
I always liked the old Robin - Olsen friendship too, which was always between Jim and Dick classically, but seemed to carry over to Tim during Death of Superman in the 90s.
"You know the deal, Metropolis. Treat people right or expect a visit from me."
You'll hear a lot of the more iconic friendships (Clark and Bruce, Hal and Ollie, Dick and Wally, etc) but one I was always fond of was Mister Terrific (Michael Holt) and Doctor Mid-Nite (Pieter Cross). Despite existing on opposite ends of religious faith, they got along famously and showed nothing but the utmost respect for the other and their beliefs. It was refreshing and the DCU is poorer for them not interacting anymore.
Kyle Rayner and Wally West is a firm favourite. They started off with Wally not liking Kyle at ALL, and grew into great friends with a ton of respect for each other.
Also liked in the Morrison JLA that Martian Manhunter had a real soft spot for Kyle and considered him one of his best friends.
Booster and Beetle, of course.
And I'll be a Clark/Bruce fan till the day I die. When they're written as friends rather than grudging comrades, they're an absolute joy.
The friendships between the original Teen Titans for sure.
Clark and Jimmy Olsen
Supergirl (Linda Danvers) and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon)
Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad, and Saturn Girl
I got a kick out of rivalries Guy Gardner had with Hal Jordan, and Batman.
Aside from the more obvious choices, Ch'p and Salaak during the "GLC" series were an awesome optimist/pessimist pairing who were funny, but obviously had great respect and affection for each other.
