I think Pak writes good "guest hero" Silk, but that's about it.

I'm just happy there are writers that still want to use/include her at all, though I am curious about how well he'd handle her as a lead role.

Same here. Also glad Marvel went to the trouble of including a bio of Luna Snow in the back of New Agents of Atlas #2. And somewhat disappointed/annoyed that the following Agents of Atlas series is gonna be a mini instead of an ongoing.

Surprisingly stylish (while still acknowledging that Cindy is not a naturally overtly stylish person) .

I hope this new mini-series will have more of Silk. The War of Realms tie-in was very disappointing in this way.
