Default Efrem Zimbalist Jr. The Voice Of Alfred From Batman: TAS Passed Away At Age 95

My condolences to his family. He will be missed.

Between Henry Polic II (Scarecrow), Michael Ansara (Mr. Freeze) and now Efrem, it seems we are losing one or two B:TAS voice actor per year.

    Nobody gets younger, I'm afraid.

    RIP Efrem Zimbalist, Jr.

That's how it starts. The fever. The rage. The feeling of powerlessness. That turns good men....Cruel - Alfred.

This may be the only thing that I do that matters - Bruce.

Stay down, if I wanted it, you would be dead already - Clark.

Feels like a piece of my adolescence just died. But he lived a very long life, and had a long and great career. He was such a wonderful Alfred, and brought so much personality, intelligence, paternal warmth and wit to the role. (I like that he also shared a birthday with his Batman, Kevin Conroy.)

    RIP, Efrem.

This. I think his was the most underrated performance of all in BTAS.

Daaamn...the best Alfred ever after Michael Caine. I enjoyed his take on Doc Ock too in the 90's Spider-Man animated series. RIP.

Arguably the best Alfred, who faithfully served the best Bruce/Batman.

    RIP, good sir.

Sorry, I looked this morning, but didn't see that.

    I've requested a move/merge. Thanks.
