I will comment only on 2, have not seen the movie.

Manga Alita at her best I think was like a cybernetic Deadpool, like nigh unstoppable regen. ( recovered from a head shot with ease.)

I've also not seen the new movie.

Manga Alita at her strongest absolutely obliterates 616 Tony. She's an absurdly high multimach, super strength martial artist who can hack super computers ambiently, can freely manipulate her body to create new weapons and abilities on the fly, has oscillation techniques that explode things on contact and can generated and manipulate plasma energy.

He would need some very potent armour to even have a chance.

Has she ever dealt with the sort of force-fields Stark can create?

She's messed with forcefields and stuff before. Her ability to manipulate plasma energy and so on have seen her do some fairly wild stuff.

Also, Tunguska - the military grade android that Alita absorbed to make her most powerful body - was powerful enough to cut through multiple layers of nuke proof forcefields.

Also, also, I don't see him raising any forcefields before she blitzes him into the ground.

Tunguska was my first thought to that question.

To be the guy who so far only watched the movie, which is supposed to adapt the early manga, she already has regeneration in a nanolevel adaptative body powered by an antimatter heart reactor, and enough fight reflexes to cleanly cut a falling droplet in half.

In both cases, the only prayer Stark has is to hope he is permitted to get airborne at the bell before the rushdown starts and start evading as he uses ranged options.

I said prayer. Not measurable chance.

If she has her sword she’ll cut him apart.

Having just seen the movie, she loses. If she could get it into melee, she could slice him up with the monomolecular Damascus blade coated in plasma, but movie Alita is nowhere near fast enough to close in on Iron Man before he takes to the sky, at which point she can't jump high enough to reach him and her only ranged attack is to throw the blade, which she doesn't do fast enough that he couldn't dodge it. After that, it's only a matter of time before she gets hit by a laser, repulsor blasts, or an explosion, assuming that Tony and JARVIS/Friday don't hack her system and make her rip her own heart out.

Also, while slicing that water droplet was a cool precision feat, considering that it was a teardrop that had only a couple of feet to accelerate, it wasn't a particularly impressive speed feat.

ALSO also, does anyone know why she went to beg help from the bounty hunters to defeat the guy that she curb stomped using a civilian body? ISTR that the scenario was significantly different from why she went assistance in the manga, but it's been around 20 years so I don't remember the details.

I haven't seen the movie so I can't speak for that, but Alita got wrecked in her first fight with Makaku The Great. She managed to kick off one of his arms and take out one of his eyes, sure, but Makaku also casually tore her in half with one hit and she lost her remaining arm putting out his eye. Makaku ran off and Alita was left in horrible shape. She was reduced to her upper half and a head.

Then she got put in the Berserker body which was ludicrously more powerful than her starter body. Ido is the one who asked the bounty hunters for help, they turned him down, then Alita called them on their attitude and beat up everyone in the resulting bar fight.

And then Makaku pops up again in the body he stole from Champion Kinuba with the grind cutters sooo....yeah. The hunters would've accomplished squat anyway.

She doesn't fully remember her past that helped her do that in the first place, with Ido's weapon he still got away from her swearing revenge and later it turned out he got upgraded by benefactors she didn't understand yet. She made the right call looking for help.

Having also seen the film now, Alita isn't fast enough to stop Tony taking to the air and blasting her.

She didn't actually know the last part, she was seeking life threatening scenarios to help her jog her memories, she had pretty easily mauled the dude in direct combat, her plan to get their attention was to beat them all up which would prove that they wouldn't have been any particular use to her in a fight, and the only person in that bar that was off any help was the guy with the dogs (after she did 99+% of the work, and Hugo had set her opponent on fire), is the thing, though. If she went there looking for help *finding* the guy, that would have made sense, but she went there acting like she would have needed help fighting a guy who ended up fleeing for his life after a relatively short exchange where she had stomped him and his two friends with negligible effort.

Her concern, and that is what she told them at the bar, was Grewishka being protected by somebody who could manipulate the entire Factory database, and that's just what she knew about.

And considering she was almost killed right after and only got away in part due to one of the bounty hunters she wanted to enlist, her decision to look for help was not entirely unsound even if she was naive about it. Strength in numbers as well. The Damascus sword was such a good weapon she kept it for herself, she just didn't know at the time it was held by somebody who would turn out to be zero help.
