- Can someone explain Leviathan to me? I haven't caught up on Bendis' run yet. Is it basically Hydra?

It is the Leviathan organization that Talia was running in Morrison's Batman epic. Bendis is just using it now to write a new story with Talia and Leviathan going after Superman now.

Well, since Bendis said that the events of The Silencer series would be taken into consideration -at least- I guess that Leviathan will be a mix between the League of Assassins and Hydra, in that they do want to rule the world, but aren't fascists so much as a cult tailor-made to put Talia in power.

Now, if between The Silencer and Superman something has happened to Leviathan - again - things may have changed drastically.

We also know from that DC Universe interview with DiDio that Superman Year One is planned to come out this summer, so maybe they'll end up alternating between those two series for 6 months, and then Three Jokers will be right after.

Leviathan was founded by Thalia to oppose Batman and his allies, because he rejected her love.
It's currently targetting secret groups like Cobra and Deo for an unknown reason.

Thoughts:

- "Dceased" I really don't know what the point of this is. Don't we have enough depressing, apocalyptic, DC stories? Is this an Elseworld? Just put Taylor on a proper DC ongoing already.

- Another Titans team falling apart? It almost feels like a commentary on the brand at this point.

- Batman/TMNT III? Perfect to tie-in to the new animated movie .

-I am agree with you that I can´t understand why make more depressing and apocalyptic stories..

-Seems that they will continue a little more(lobo was mentioned here) but.. I doubt see them continue during a long time(thanks Bendis ).. What a shame.. I will miss Damian after this TT run..

I've dropped Detective cause Tomasi on Batman is totally not my cup of tea as I expected.
Nightwing is... dead as far as I'm concerned.
Abnett's Titans are horrible and close to the end.
All Snyder's bullshits are a great pass for me.
Flash without Wally never interested me.
I don't have to be willing to approach Bendis Superman at the moment.
GL Morrison, maybe on trade.
