I bought the TF vs Joe collection and it was a chore to get through with that same art.

I passed on GoBots due to the art style choice, I was interested otherwise.

I'm a hug fan of Tom Scioli so I've been loving it.

Seems they've been going for a "retro" look for the series. Not sure if it works for a concept like Go-Bots.

I am interested in everything Tom Scioli does. He deliberately uses very crude, Kirby-inspired style, with great effect. And he does all the phases of the production alone: writing, drawing, lettering, coloring. I'm a big fan of his crayon-work, and I think his coloring is at the top of the comics industry.
